Using juice recipes for weight loss is an excellent concept. They are also be useful if you wish to do a detox. I don’t really like detox diets, but if you really want to try one, using a broad variety of juices of fruit and vegies will give your body with plenty of enzymes, micro nutrients, minerals and vitamins.
The ideal way to use juice recipes for weight loss is to enjoy them for snacks in between meals, and if you are very motivated, for breaky and prior to dinner.

The single warning I will provide is to not have too much fruit. Many fruits will have a high level of sugar and consequently calories. This fact is often missed as we usually to believe if we have lots of fruit, that it is all right, because they are healthy for us.

Breaky, Here you should have some fruit;
An orange
1 x banana
2 x tablespoons of yogurt – low fat
½ cup water or 6 ice cubes
1/4 of a cup of oats
Morning and or Afternoon tea;
1 x cup of leafy greens
One Tomato
1 x tablespoon of parsley
1/4 of a cup of chives
Three to four carrots
½ of an apple
1 x dash of ginger
Starters for dinner;
Three to four carrots

1 x dash of garlic
Three lengths of celery
Handful of parsley or leafy greens.
