Juice Recipes For Weight Loss

Using juice recipes for weight loss is an excellent concept. They are also be useful if you wish to do a detox. I don’t really like detox diets, but if you really want to try one, using a broad variety of juices of fruit and vegies will give your body with plenty of enzymes, micro nutrients, minerals and vitamins.

The ideal way to use juice recipes for weight loss is to enjoy them for snacks in between meals, and if you are very motivated, for breaky and prior to dinner.

The benefits are two fold from a weight loss perspective:
-They are a very simple way to have a big portion of your fruits and vegetable intake, ensuring that your body is getting the nutrients it requires.
-They are awesome for delaying hunger attacks and aid you to eat smaller portions for your main meals.

By using juice recipes for weight loss in this manner you are just replacing the nasty foods you mostly have at morning and afternoon tea with not just a low calorie alternative but a treat which will provide you with an energy boost, with out that sugar spike you get from candy bars, cakes, pastries and soft drinks.

The single warning I will provide is to not have too much fruit. Many fruits will have a high level of sugar and consequently calories. This fact is often missed as we usually to believe if we have lots of fruit, that it is all right, because they are healthy for us.

You need to remember that loosing weight in its most basic form will only be achievedhad if you burn more calories than you eat. Therefore if you are thinking of using juice recipes for weight loss, ensure you don’t overdoing it with fruits.

below are some Juice Recipes For Weight Loss;

Breaky, Here you should have some fruit;
An orange
1 x banana
2 x tablespoons of yogurt – low fat
½ cup water or 6 ice cubes
1/4 of a cup of oats

Morning and or Afternoon tea;
1 x cup of leafy greens
One Tomato
1 x tablespoon of parsley
1/4 of a cup of chives

Three to four carrots
½ of an apple
1 x dash of ginger

Starters for dinner;
Three to four carrots
1 x dash of ginger
1 x dash of garlic
Three lengths of celery
Handful of parsley or leafy greens.

Why do you have a hard time burning fat? Almost every other person you meet, is searching on diet tips about how to loose weight fast.

This is where the difficulty is. It seems that the difficulty begins just after you decide to use a how to loose weight fast program.

Eating snacks higher in protein is better than carbohydrate foods as they take longer to digest making you feel full for longer.

Simple things like having slightly less sugar in your tea or coffee or eliminating sugar altogether will help you to lose weight.

If you want to learn how to lose weight fast and keep it off, the process must not be too difficult otherwise it will be impossible to keep your weight at an even keel once you start to lose weight and you will bounce right back to what your were before.

Six Pack Stomach - How to really get those six pack abs!

There are alot of info commercials selling abdomial machines of all kinds claiming to be the best way to get a Six Pack Stomach.

If it is that easy you would think that every one would have a Six Pack Stomach.

While many of these machines are great for developing your abs, to see your Six Pack Stomach you need to get rid of your tummy fat.

You need to reduce the amount of fat on your body before you can hope to get your six-pack “on display.

When you go to the beach you will notice that most skinny people already have good abdominal muscles even if the don’t work out. It’s simply because the content of their body fat is low.

Abdominal exercises will not be sufficient to get your body fat percentage down to an apropriate level.

A common misunderstanding is that to eliminate fat in specific places, you simply work on the muscles in those targeted areas. This is an absolutely unfounded belief. The energy to complete the exercise will be drawn by your body from its most suitable source.

With this sort of exercise this will probably be as carbs or protein.

OK so which abdominal exercises are the best you can do?

You don’t need to buy and equipment, here are a couple of exercises that will get you a Six Pack Stomach.

There are two simple workouts which I advise - three sets of crunches at 80% of your maximum. The position you assume is flat on your back, knees bent with your heels as close to your backside as is comfortable, and your hands on your chest.
In order to begin your “crunches”, pull in your navel toward the floor, and roll your body forward smoothly beginning with your head. You want to go forward just enough to get the middle of your back off of the floor. Do not try to go all the way up.
Firstly you need to complete the maximum amount you possibly can. Whatever that amount is, take 80%. Lets say the first time your maximum was 10. Obviously when you multiply 10 by 80 per cent, you get 8. So your routine for the first week is to do 8 crunches 3 times with a one minute gap in between each set.
You should take the time every week to reassess your maximum.
